Grown on the bluffs of Long Island’s North Fork, less than 100 yards from Long Island Sound. The north-south sloping vineyard produces a Sauvignon Blanc of distinct flavors and aromas reminiscent of the great wines of Bordeaux.
This wine opens with aromas of white peach, lemon grass and a hint of straw. The palate has lemon and green apple up front , followed by a long finish due to its great acidity. Pair this with shellfish and other local seafood favorites, a pasta primavera or creamy, mild cheeses.
